Once you’ve selected your desired pallet(s) and submitted your order through our website or sales representative:
You will receive an Order Summary via email or WhatsApp with the total cost, including applicable discounts (e.g., for 2+ pallets with free shipping).
We will also confirm availability, estimated delivery timeline, and your delivery address.

Processing time: 1–3 hours after payment is confirmed.

Tracking details and estimated delivery date will be emailed once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Free shipping is offered on all orders of 2 or more pallets.
📌 Important Notes
All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

Once shipped, orders are non-refundable unless due to shipping damage or a verified issue.
